Booking Guests
Club Members are welcome to bring up to three guests at a time and should play alongside them.  All guests must be entered onto the tee sheets.
Guest Fees are:
* Adults £15
* Juniors (aged 13-18 yrs) £7.50
* Juniors under 13 yrs no charge
Junior members under the age of 16 may not sign guests in.
The same guest fees apply when playing 9 or 18-holes.
Guest fees should be paid using the online payment system at the time of booking.  If this is not possible, then the member that booked the guest should make a transfer in advance of play using the reference GOLF/NAME/MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.
If you have paid guest fees and your guests cancel, please email the Club Secretary at secretary.ecgc@gmail.com and a refund will be arranged.
Members should accept full responsibility for their guests from arrival to departure and ensure they adhere to the club dress code and observe all the rules of the course.
ECGC Members are automatically provided with Personal Liability Insurance thanks to ECGC being an England Golf affiliated golf club. Members' Guests however do not benefit from this cover so are encouraged to purchase their own Personal Liability Insurance before playing at Eton (unless they are already covered through another club's affiliation program).
