Booking Guests

Club Members can bring up to three guests at a time and must play alongside them. All guests must be entered onto the ClubV1 tee sheets.

Guest Fees are:
* Adults £15
* Juniors (aged 13-18 yrs) £7.50
* Juniors under 13 yrs no charge

Junior members under the age of 16 may not sign guests in.
The same Guest Fees apply when playing 9 or 18-holes.

Guest fees should be paid using the online payment system once the booking has been confirmed. If this is not possible, then the member that booked the guest should make a transfer in advance of play using the reference GOLF/NAME/MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.

If you have paid and your guests cancel, please email the Club Secretary at secretary.ecgc@gmail.com and a refund will be arranged.

Members booking guests should accept full responsibilty for their guests from arrival to departure and ensure they adhere to the club dress code and observe all the rules of the course.

ECGC Members are automatically provided with Personal Liability Insurance thanks to ECGC being an England Golf affiliated golf club. Members Guests however do not benefit from this cover so are encouraged to purchase their own Personal Liability Insurance before playing at Eton (unless they are already covered through another club's affiliation program).
